Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Ensure that all interactions are courteous, informative, and customer-centric. - Product/Service Support:
Provide accurate, relevant, and timely information about products and services, including support for order status, billing, returns, and usage queries. - Issue Resolution:
Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency. Aim to resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible. Escalate more complex or unresolved matters to relevant departments for further handling. - Record Management:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints using internal systems. These logs are essential for quality control, training, and service improvement. - Collaboration:
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, and Technical Support to address customer concerns and improve service delivery. - Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on product changes, new features, pricing updates, and company policies. Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve your knowledge and performance. - Website Content Support:
Assist in updating product and service content on the company website using a Content Management System (CMS). Ensure that information displayed to customers is current, accurate, and engaging. - Telemarketing (Optional):
Candidates with prior experience in telemarketing or telesales will be given preference. Occasionally assist the sales team with follow-up calls, promotions, or surveys.
Candidate Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 10+2; Graduation preferred.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years in a customer service, tele-calling, or help desk role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Ability to use CRM tools and email platforms.
- Excellent listening skills, patience, and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup, if required.
- Prior experience with telemarketing, customer support, or content management systems is an advantage.
