Job Summary : As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products/services, order status, billing, and other related queries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products/services, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for internal reporting and improvement purposes.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer experience and service efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Update website Content through content management system
  • Experience in Telemarketing will be an added advantage
